Gordia
Gordia is an indigenous name for the area above Ankaran, where Andrej Čep has a restaurant with the same name.
They have around 4 hectares of vineyards. All wines are produced without the use of oenological products, they only use sulfur. All wines are produced with native yeasts.
Gordia is known primarily for longer macerated white wines, while reds are Cabernet sauvignon, Refosc, Merlot and Syraz.
