Description

Hand -torn grapes are fried and left to macrate for two to three weeks. The wine is poured into 225-liter oak barrels, in which a biological breakdown takes place, which gives the wine elegance and softness. It matures for at least 18 months in barrels.

It is an intense deep ruby ​​color, aromas of ripe berries and plum jam with a touch of vanilla. The taste intense, full, fruity with a strong structure.
