Erzetič Amfora Rebula
Description
The maceration takes place for 7 months in the amphora, then ripens the wine in Barrique barrels for at least 18 months. Bottling after filtration. The wine was resting in the bottle for at least 6 months before entering the market.
The wine is a gold copper color with brownish amber shades obtained during a long maceration in underground amphorae, quote. The pleasant flower indicates the harvest at the full maturity of the grapes, when the fruit aromas are already dominated by the floral.
The taste is multifaceted and develops from minute to minute in its complexity. Once they come to the forefront of fruit components, secondly balsamic, thirdly milk-caramel and butter. Departure is long and leaves the mouth clean, ready for a new glass or socializing with food.
