Movia Esenca Merlot
Description
Grapes come from selected positions of merlot. Harvesting takes place when the physiological maturity of the grapes is much exceeded. The grapes are stirred, allowed to macerate until the end of the fermentation. After the fermentation was completed, the tropin hat was immersed, thus gaining a natural, filtered wine on the upper side of the hat, which was directly streamed into barracks. The rest was pushed, and after a week, when the sediment was already done, the clean part was streamed and divided into all barrels, where the wine ended the malalactic fermentation.
Bottled after 3 years of ripening.
It is ruby red. Guest textures, detect berries, raspberries, blackberries, even slightly smoke. In the mouth, sweet, pleasant acid offers us freshness, structurally with a long aftertaste.
