KOGL Magna Dominica Ruber
Description
The grapes come from the southern position, from the sandy loamy soil. The fermentation is spontaneous, the yeasts are indigenous, the maceration takes 3 weeks, and the wine then ripens for at least 30 months on fine lees. Bottled without filtration.
It is shimmering ruby red. The smell is medium highlighted by the shoulder of exotic spices, the scent of roasted, red fruits, pepper, graphite. The mouth is dry, medium body, with pleasant acid, characteristic of cooler climate, pleasant tanic grip and well -integrated notes of ripening in the wood.
Blue pinot contributes to elegance and adds a taste of red fruits, while Syrah contributes spicy notes and structure.
A long elegant aftertaste tells us that we can start it today, but the wine will be obtained in the next three to five years.
