Description

Rose is produced from the pinot noir variety. After a 6-hour grape maceration, a fluid that already has a distinctive rose color is removed without compressing the must. He matures until bottling for half a year in a steel tank.

Fruit, soft, ripe raspberry, strawberry with longer decline. It combines both worlds of white and red wine - it has the freshness, playfulness and fruity of white and minerality of red.

The Mon Royal estate is a family property dating back to the 19th century. It is famous for its sunny yellow colour and its beautiful views over the sun-drenched vineyards, which offer a special charm and experience.

In 2022, the estate has a new owner, the Herga family, who will take the story of tradition and commitment to viticulture forward with their love of nature and wine. Today, 21 hectares of vineyards are under cultivation.

They want to produce wines that are as natural as possible, highlighting the character of the environment and the vineyards that produce excellent grapes and presenting them through the wines.
