Description
Passion - Passion - says that it is one of the varieties that are especially dedicated to it and were one of the first growers of pinot noir in our country.
It is produced only in the most excellent years, from selected clusters from the best positions. It is placed on the market after 18 months of ripening in wooden barrels of french oak and after six months of lying in bottles. It has the excellent potential of aging and can be stored for up to two decades.
It is medium -deep, pomegranate, the flower is more intense, very mature but in no way overripe, as it clearly states that it comes from podravje with a cooler climate. It is reminiscent of forest berries, dark cherries, plums, forest fruits, with a fine note of smoke and vanilla. It is dry in the mouth, again the red fruits we detected on the nose appear; It is a fuller body, with a touch of warm, but with an abundance of elegance and a complex character of ripe pinot noir from cold places.
