Movia Veliko red
Description
Even with the big red, we tried to form a new type of wine. It is very important that all three grape varieties that make up the wine are to be torn as soon as possible. We then macerate all the varieties together, giving us a new style, new flavors and new aromas.
Merlot gives wine the spine and character of wine, cabernet sauvignon aromatism, blue pinot elegance.
The maceration takes place for 3 to 4 weeks until the end of the boil until the hat of the tropin is sunk and the nature purifies the wine. Thus, the wine ripens in 220l French barrels (Barrique) for 6 years, of course without flows. Silent boiling ends in wooden barriers, where the wine ripens until the end on its own sediment, without flow. The bottling is never used sulfur, or any other preservative.
The color is medium deep, ruby and proudly shows the venerable age of the wine. Black currant notes and spicy notes hint at burgundy varieties that come from fresh, cooler climate. They are complemented by notes on truffles, black chocolate and fine oak wood.
