Veliko red

After the harvest of the already slightly overripe grapes, a 4 week maceration at controlled temperature follows. Merlot, cabernet sauvignon and pinot noir are vinified separately, and only the best barrels are selected for this wine. It is aged in barrique barrels (225 l French oak) for 48 months and at least 2 years in bottle.

It is ruby red in colour with a translucent rim. The aromas are intense and express a wide range of ripe sensations. Cherry, blackberry, black cherry and plum, intermingled with hints of violet and red rose, including a slight hint of smoke, and the finish is characterised by forest undergrowth and leather. On the palate it is soft, broad and joyful. It expresses aromas of black cherry, ripe plum and sweet spices.
