This cuvée is the first sparkling wine in Slovenia with more than 50% of spare wine to maintain its unique character from year to year.

Brut Réserva sparkling wine is produced with the greatest respect for the traditional method as it is performed in the province of champagne. The knowledge of the French winemaker, who gained his richest experience by working in the largest champagne houses, helped to produce unique wine in Slovenia as well. The combination of all three varieties expresses the identity of the Dolenjska Terroir.

Brut Réserva is a wine that combines strength, fostin and elegance. The aroma of fresh fruit and pear ripening is perceived on the smell, and in the mouth we are impressed by the attack of freshness, whose volume and balance reflect aging in traditional cellars.
