Description

The harvest takes place in mid-September. After two days of maceration, the grapes are pressed and fermentation begins behind the grapes' own yeasts. The wine is aged for about 8 months on its own lees, in inox tanks.

It is golden yellow in colour, with a dense texture. Intense buttery aromas reminiscent of green apple, fresh grass and basil. The wine is dry, oily and soft on the palate, yet pleasantly refreshing with an interplay of minerality.
