Description

After the harvesting is completed, they bring in the refrigerator as soon as possible to prevent the slightest oxidation. After fermentation, the wine matures for a year in steel tanks. The result is pure, very aromatic malvasia with a long aftertaste.

The color of the wine is a gentle golden yellow with a shade of green. The flower is pleasant, we notice the notes of apricots and white flowers. In the mouth, the wine is dry, the more acid it raises it nicely, the carbon dioxide in the mouth adds freshness to it.
