After the ripe grapes from the older vineyards have been harvested, they are macerated for 7 days in an open vat. The mash is then sprayed and transferred into wooden barrels, where alcoholic fermentation and biological decomposition continue. After two years on the lees, the wine is transferred to a stainless steel tank where it is naturally sedimented. Once it has reached the appropriate level of clarity, it is bottled without filtration. No sulphur added.<\/p>\n

It is amber in colour. The bouquet is intense and ripe, dominated by ripe apricot, including forest undergrowth. On the palate, the wine is drier, bolder, with higher but pleasant acids. Ripe apricot and oriental spices are repeated.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
