Biodynamic production.<\/p>\n

After the harvest in mid-October, the grapes are placed in wooden crates to dry for five months. This is followed by a longer maceration period and then maturation for 8 years in new barriques. The barriques are matured for a further year in inox containers before bottling. Without filtration.<\/p>\n

It is garnet red in colour with orange tints, the result of the longer maturation in a wooden barrel. The bouquet is reminiscent of sun-dried tomatoes, black olives, raisins, dried fruit, chocolate and marzipan. Sweet, dense and intense on the palate, with moderate acidity to balance the sweetness.
