Every year after the harvest, this is the first wine from the Kristan\u010di\u010d cellar. The harvest for Medana Novo takes place 10 days before the regular harvest. Maceration is shorter than for other red varieties, 4 to 5 days under Co2 protection.<\/p>\n

It is ruby red in colour with a purplish tinge. The aroma is reminiscent of ripe forest fruits, while the taste combines a pleasant freshness with a fruity character. It is best drunk as early as possible, at least until the beginning of spring.<\/p>\n
