Only with the best vintages from an older vineyard. After the harvest and fermentation, the wine is aged for about 2 years in 225l. barriques, at least half of which are new.<\/p>\n

The wine has a yellowish straw appearance with frequent golden hues. The tears on the side of the glass speak of a wine with backbone. Dried fruits and smoke from roasted meat with a hint of white pepper dominate the nose. On the palate it is very juicy, harmonious, round and vanilla-like. The aftertaste of citrus fruits and dried orange peel is more than seductive and full of freshness. The taste is soft and pleasant.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
