The grapes macerate for 8 hours and then squeeze it at low pressures. Alcoholic fermentation is conducted at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The wine matures in contact with yeast.<\/p>\n

Chardonnay is medium intense yellow. The wine is discreet on the nose, but with a distinctive smell of peach, banana. There are slight butter notes in the background.<\/p>\n
