After the harvesting is completed, the perfectly ripe and healthy grapes, followed by about two weekly cold maceration. This is followed by one year of ripening, half in oak, and the other half in acacia’s barrel. Before bottling, they combine the wine.<\/p>\n

It is a fairly deep golden yellow color, on the smell of acacia, juicy yellow fruit, it is felt in the wood. In the mouth, acacia repeats, a little higher acids, a pleasant and long aftertaste.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
