Organic production.<\/p>\n

It is harvested when the grapes are moderately ripe. They advocate a controlled fermentation temperature, which, in their view, is the only way to preserve both the freshness of the wine and its characteristic varietal aromas. It is aged in inox containers until bottling.<\/p>\n

It is straw yellow in colour. On the nose it is open and medium-bodied, with fruity floral notes, dominated by acacia, yellow flowers. On the palate it is fresh, soft and juicy.
