The maceration takes 3 weeks in the vinifier.<\/p>\n

Wine for 12 months is ripened in large oak barrels (50 % wine) and barrique barrels (50 % wine), bottling after filtration.<\/p>\n

It is dark ruby \u200b\u200bred with vibrant purple shades. The odors of tiny forest fruits, red fruit, are intertwined on the nose.<\/p>\n

It is extremely full in the mouth, pleasantly bitter, youthful, with a completely unique note of tannins, which are not used to other red wines from our vineyards.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
