Each variety is macerated for 4 months at an uncontrolled temperature in clay amphorae.<\/p>\n

The wines are then aged in used oak barrels for 12 months, followed by the typing of the varietal combinations as judged by the winemaker. It is bottled unfiltered and naturally clarified. It contains only 22 mg. of total sulphur.<\/p>\n

The colour is deep amber. The bouquet is ripe but fresher than that of Malvasia, offering muscat and oriental notes. The wine is fully ripe and in very good shape. If you are a fan of orange wines, this is well placed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
