Limbay Gin is handmade and made according to the old tradition in a small home distillery created in 1954.

The Limbay Gina taste is typical of the Adriatic Sea. It is carefully distilled and cold combined with twelve selected flowers, herbs and spices, hand -harvested in beautiful Istria and Karst. An aged in oak barrels, immersed between ostigs at the bottom of the Lim channel and spiced with a sea dill from the shore.
