Grapes come from their best positions, a precise selection of the best juices, i.e. "Coeur de cuvée". Vinification takes place only in steel barrels, with at least five years of aging on a bottle. The Brut Nature sparkling wine does not dose after degreing to ensure the full experience of this most gastronomic cuvée.

The Brut Nature Lad is a straw golden color with amber reflections, characterized by this sparkling wine "Blanc de Noirs". In the nose, first, we feel a gently acidic aroma with a pleasant touch of citrus; Above all, there are perceptible notes of tangerine, pomela and kutin jams. The taste is wine, very direct; Almost mineral. The conclusion is very long and harmonious, with the dominance of the terroir characteristic freshness.
