The classic method. At least 36 months on yeast.

It is golden yellow with green tints. The initially lively foam quickly subsides and continues into a lively chain of extremely fine pearls. The sparkling wine surprises with its initial behaviour in the glass, which indicates its seriousness, maturity and fullness. The bouquet is bouncy, with a pronounced citrus note, mainly lemon and lime, but also green apples and vineyard peaches. On the palate, it delights with a pleasant softness and freshness (acidity) that lasts long into the aftertaste, when the fruity notes, intertwined in an explosion of bubbles, become even more pronounced.
