After the harvest, fermentation and maturation take place in stainless steel tanks, with the presence of yeasts for some time, giving the wine elegance and complexity.

It is of an intense golden yellow colour with pronounced orange tints. The very sight of it announces the fullness of the body, and the flower directs expectations towards a world of ripe fruit and spring flowers. In the interplay of scents, pear shakes hands with pineapple, lychee with green apple, apricot with red grapefruit, but there is also hawthorn and acacia, and some herbs and flint in the background. On the palate, the freshness is convincing, balancing the alcohol beautifully and emphasising the wine's fruity-floral character. The aftertaste is long, with a challenging bitterness that enhances the drinkability of the wine.
