Artwork Malvazija

In the Artwork line, all wines are produced by multi -day maceration. It took almost three weeks with this Malvasia, but with selected yeasts and at a controlled temperature. At the same time, partial malalactic fermentation was also performed. The wine then matured in 225l oak barrels for two years, including some new ones.

The result is a wine of deep golden yellow color, an oiled texture, a rich odor, in the mouth of character, caramel, vanilla. Clean without volatile acidic acids or oxidative notes.
