Description

The perfectly ripe and healthy grapes were cold macerated for some time after stalking and, after pressing and clarification, fermented in 225 L barriques. The wood chosen for the barriques is mainly oak of various origins and some acacia wood. The wine was matured here for 12 months, with further maturation in old 3 000 L oak barrels until bottling.

It has an intense golden-yellow colour, aromas of ripe yellow plum, carambola and almond with notes of Mediterranean herbs, resin, acacia flowers. On the palate, it has a rich flavour which blends into a beautiful harmony with the pleasant ripe acids.
