Description
Wines bottled in this range will only be released in the best vintages.
The grapes were macerated for 14 days in temperature-controlled maceriano fermentation and then aged in used American and French oak barrels. The wine was matured without the addition of sulphur.
It is the colour of old gold with copper tints. The bouquet is sumptuous, reminiscent of the scents of summer, balsamic, with hints of exotic spices, especially vanilla and cinnamon, and sweet caramel. On the palate it is powerful, explosive, warm, extremely mineral, in perfect harmony with alcohol and acidity, with a pleasant tannic base that continues with a spicy note into a long aftertaste. Here we encounter cooked and dried fruit, vanilla.
