Description

Grapes are compressed at low flooring. Alcoholic fermentation is conducted at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The wine matures in contact with yeast.

The rebula is medium intense yellow. The wine is discreet, but with a distinctive scent of tropical fruit.

In the mouth, the wine is dry with suitable acid. Wine is harmonious, a medium -sized character with a medium -long aftertaste

The Jakončič farm dates back to 1847, when Mihael and Carolina Jakončič planted the first vineyards in the village of Kozana in Goriška Brda, thus laying the foundation for the family winery.
