Description
The Carolina Rebula grapes come from two vineyards.
It takes place from the first 30 -year -old harvest in late September. This is followed by a cold 20 hour maceration and then compression. Alcoholic fermentation is conducted at a controlled temperature, so the wine produced has lower alcohol, but at the same time more freshness and fruit. The wine matures in stainless steel containers for 10 months.
Alcoholic fermentation of the wine of the second harvest in mid -October from the already overripe grapes, and takes place in new and used, French Barriques.
It is golden yellow. It is youthful on the nose, but with a rather developed scent of yellow fruits, honey.
In the mouth, the wine is dry, very juicy, with an emphasized character, pleasant acid and aroma by pineapple. Full and at the same time elegant. The wine has matured, but it also has a bright future.
