Chardonnay

After the harvest, fermentation and maturation are done in stainless thin, some time with the presence of yeasts, giving the wine elegance and complexity.

It has a medium accentuated golden yellow color with straw shades. The smell is intense and complex, as is the case with this variety. The smell of white flowers, apples and green fruits prevail. Over time, in addition to pronounced fruits, wood and yeast notes are also released. In the mouth, the wine develops nicely, it is dry, fresh and harmonious. Harmony and long -term aftertaste of the aftertaste testify to the pure and varietally characteristic chardonnay.
