Sauvignon

After the harvest, fermentation and maturation are done in stainless thin, some time with the presence of yeasts, giving the wine elegance and complexity.

The wine is golden yellow with light greenish shades. The smell is clean and complex. Initially, fruit aromas develop, which together with the herbs form a characteristic odor. The cozy flower is reminiscent of beige, peppers and ripe baking fruit. In the mouth, the wine is full, with a pleasant freshness and an emphasized fruit taste.

Pleasant lively and elegant sauvignon with a long aftertaste.​
