Description
After fermentation, the wine is left to mature on yeast for a while, which adds to its elegance and complexity. It is aged in used oak barrels for about 6 months before being bottled.
The wine has a ruby red colour, which is already taking on brick hues. The simple aroma is pleasant and dominated by a fruity character of overripe blueberries and black cherries. The palate is structured, the tannins and acids complement each other beautifully and express the wine's harmony.
Definitely one of the best fresh Slovenian Cabernet sauvignons.
