After the fermentations are completed, they leave the wine for some time to ripen on the yeast, which contributes to elegance and complexity. Before it goes into bottling for about 6 months, he ripes in used oak barrels.

The wine is distinguished by the ruby ​​red color, which already gets brick shades. The simple aroma is pleasant and is dominated by the fruity character of overripe blueberries and black cherries.

The taste is structured, tannins and acids complement each other nicely and express the beautiful harmony of the wine.
