Description

The ripe grapes underwent a longer maceration period of 16 days after stalking. After biological degradation, the wine was matured exclusively in 225 L barriques for 2 years. Until bottling, the wine was refined in large oak barrels.

It has a deep intense ruby colour with a garnet hue, a bouquet of ripe cherry, plum jam, green pepper. On the palate it is rich and full-bodied, with notes of sour cherries, dark chocolate and tobacco.
