Description

Grape berries macerate for 12 to 16 days at a temperature of 25 to 29 ° C. After the overgrowth, biological bends and maturation in large oak barrels and Barik barrels for at least 24 months.

The color is deeper ruby. The flower is ripe and ripe. We find dark red and black fruits, undergrowth, a touch of wooden notes, leather, black currants. Very ripe in the mouth, dry, middle body, with velvety texture, spicy, slightly shorter.
