Description

After the harvest, the split grapes are macerated for 10 to 14 days at a temperature of between 23 and 27 °C. After pressing, the wine is matured for 18 months, partly in stainless steel containers and in barrique casks made of French and Slavonian oak.

It has a medium-intense ruby colour, a floral bouquet reminiscent of ripe red fruit, blackcurrants, slight pepper notes, and a full mouthfeel, showing varietality and a good measure of ripe tannins. It is dry, but nevertheless has a pleasantly sweet character, finishing with a fruity and slightly spicy note.
