Description

After the harvest, the grapes are macerated for 8 to 14 days at a temperature of 22 to 26 °C and then matured in large oak barrels and barriques for at least 12 months.

It is deep ruby in colour with purple hues, and the nose reveals ripe sweet notes of blackberry, cherry and plum, with some spice in the background. It is fruity and complex on the palate. With soft tannins and juicy acidity.
