Description

The grapes were carefully de-stemmed and macerated for 12 days. After the winemaking and biological decomposition, the wine was matured partly in new and partly in second-hand 225 L barriques for two and a half years.

It has an intense ruby colour with a garnet rim, intense notes of ripe dark fruit, blueberry jam, red pepper, dark chocolate and juniper berries with a pleasant aroma of selected wood. Rich and complex, it reveals notes of ripe blueberry, brandied cherry, dark chocolate and sweet spices.
