Modri pinot

After the harvest of the technically ripe grapes, fermentation and maturation take place for 12 months, partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in second-hand barrique casks.

The wine is ruby red in colour with slight coppery tints. The pronounced fruity aroma reminds us of berries, plums and cherries. In the background, we detect subtle notes of wood and leather. The palate is rich and fruity, with a pleasant hint of tannins that combine beautifully with the flavour of the oak barrels in which the wine has been matured for a short time.
