Description
All wines of the lines of Pavo ferment and ripen in wooden containers. Pavo red matures for 24 months in combination of new and already used Barrique barrels.
The wine is dark ruby in color with purple shades. The distinct fruit scent of black currants and berries is intertwined with the smell of chocolate and pepper. In the background, we also feel the smell of noble oak in which the wine matured. It is dry, bold, intense but not hot and robust in the mouth. It has plenty of structure and taste.
Pavó red is a big wine, with a long fruit aftertaste and a long life.
