Description

The maceration takes place for 10 days in stainless steel tanks, and alcoholic fermentation is also underway. Wine matures in contact with yeast, 50 % in stainless steel tanks and 50 % in used barriers, 10 months.
Cabernet sauvignon is a medium intense ruby ​​to pomegranate. On the nose, the wine is discreet, with the smell of forest fruits and with slight butter notes that complement themselves with a barrique note.

In the mouth, the wine is dry, harmonious, with ripe tannins and a medium long aftertaste.
