Description
The wines of the Pavo line are produced from the carefully selected grapes of the oldest vineyards, which represents more than a great starting point for top quality wines.
The wine is characterized by translucent ruby color, with light brick shades. When drilled, we detect the variations of the scents of ripe fruits, tobacco, wood and chocolate. We are talking about a smell that impresses and conjures up a special experience. In the mouth, the wine is dry, with the right amount of acids, soft tannins and sophisticated elegance.
The coastal coast is adorned with more complex pinot noir, and in our cellar we decided to upgrade the classic one with softness and tenderness.
