Description

After gentle pressing and clarification, the must is fermented partly in oak and acacia barrels of various dimensions and partly in stainless steel tanks. Further maturation on fine lees takes another 6 to 8 months.

It is golden-yellow with a greenish tinge, and the bouquet is reminiscent of ripe apples, acacia blossom, vanilla and almond. On the palate, it is juicy and fruity, beautifully interwoven with an almond aftertaste.
