Description

The grapes undergo a cold maceration of about 24 hours to extract as much aromatic potential as possible from the skins. Fermentation takes place in inox tanks at a temperature of 13-16 °C.

It has an intense golden colour, which shows its nobility. The nose is full of intense aromas of candied orange peel, floral honey, dried apricots, citrus and jasmine blossom. The taste shows a beautiful harmony between residual sugar, fruitiness and richness.
