Golden yellow. The nasal aromas of butter cakes, grapefruit, orange peel and almonds are felt in the nose. The attack is direct and clear in the mouth. Then, in retro nasal, we detect a more exotic character with passion, pineapple and lime. It is at this point that the taste of the wine also takes over the taste. It is worn by its precise acid, which disappears in the minerality of the slate and in the aroma of honey and briša with candied fruit.
