Description

Classical method, 8 years of ageing on yeast, no added sugar.

The colour is a delicate lemon yellow. The bubbles are tiny, playful and numerous. The bouquet is more delicate, beautifully fragrant and varied, dominated by honey, dried pear and mushrooms.

There is a slight residual sugar on the palate, but the higher acidity gives the bubbles a lovely liveliness and harmony The texture of the bubbles is very pleasant, fine, due to the long maturation on the yeast. It finishes with a pleasant, longer aftertaste.

The Dveri-Pax winery continues the more than 800-year-old Benedictine tradition of winemaking in north-eastern Slovenia. With respect for nature and tradition, and following the trends in the wine industry, they cultivate 73 hectares of their own vineyards.
