Description

It comes from the Vajgen vineyard. The wine has matured in new and used barriers for 18 months.

After maturing in new and used barracks, he gained a medium -emphasized golden yellow color. The flower is moderately accentuated, subdued, ripe. Classic herbal notes of sauvignon such as tomato leaf, red peppers, are in the background. In the foreground are flower and honey notes, a touch of oak.

There are dry, higher acids and a bold body in the mouth. The wine in the mouth is warm, intense and uncompromising. Možat, rich sauvignon with the beautiful freshness and lively. Over time in the glass, it gains well, so we start slowly.

The Dveri-Pax winery continues the more than 800-year-old Benedictine tradition of winemaking in north-eastern Slovenia. With respect for nature and tradition, and following the trends in the wine industry, they cultivate 73 hectares of their own vineyards.

The vines are cultivated in a nature-friendly way. The grapes are harvested by hand, gently separated from the stalks, and then their knowledge, experience and tradition are successfully combined with the most modern wine-making technologies.
