Chardonnay

The must start fermenting in contact with strawberry skin (maceration) for two days. After fermentation in the big oak barrel, the wine remains on its own lees all year long and is first flowed into the stainless steel tank before the next harvest. In the tank Zora and has been clear for another year and is bottled without filtration after two years.

The wine is golden color and quite dense in the glass. The flower is intense and, above all, fruit, after a ripe peach and with the freshness of an apple. Millb and freshness are detectable. In the mouth, the wine is initially pleasantly creamy, then fruit flavors are opened, complemented by crispy minerality and freshness. The aftertaste is long and pleasant.
