Leber Farm is located on the border with Austria, on the slopes of the Slovenian Highlands. The house they live in also has a large, brick-vaulted cellar that is more than two centuries old. It was completely renovated in 2011, preserving its story.

Today, the farm is home to the third generation of wine makers, who have created a story and a tradition of wine. The exceptional location, the natural features and the centuries-old roots of viticulture in the wider area allow them to produce wines of exceptional quality, which help to find the truth in a gentle, delicate and unforgettable way. The nine hectares of vineyards are used primarily for the production of extremely fresh and natural wines, produced by cold fermentation. This means that during the winemaking stage, the contents of each barrel can be cooled in a very short time, thus stopping fermentation without any chemicals. Every effort is made to learn about the characteristics of the grapes and their peculiarities, which give rise to the differences from one vintage to the next. Monitoring the ripening process is essential to determine the best time to harvest for each variety.
