The grapes were produced on Jerusalem, Mali Kog, Runeč, Cerovec, Litmerk and Radomerščak

Grapes' processing took place quickly without ventilation and with minimal mechanical loads of grapes and musts. The boiling was three weeks in steel vessels at temperatures below 15ºC. After boiling, the wine remained on fine lees. To emphasize the fullness of the taste, we mixed the lees for two months.

In the scent, we feel pleasant aromas on fresh pear, spices and citrus fruits. The moderate acid and the mineral character of the wine in the mouth work in harmony.
