Description

After fermentation, the perfectly healthy, slightly over-ripe grapes are matured for at least three years in a combination of new and partly used barriques.

It is deep ruby in colour with a purple tinge. The bouquet is expressive, very ripe, with blackberry, cherry, pepper wood, cedar and marmalade aromas. It retains freshness in the mouth, juicy, finely spicy and slightly smoky.
