Description

Strawberry harvests require exceptionally fine, dry, warm autumns, even in winter. Healthy grapes are usually slightly affected by botrytis. The grapes have been slowly fermented and matured in an inox tank.

It is intensely golden yellow in colour. It has a ripe, luxurious aroma, dominated by fig, apricot and raisin. In the mouth it has an oily texture and an intense muscat note.
